Tom spoke with Anton Marinovich, VP Sales & Success at HoloBuilder. He explains his unique sales philosophy.
Anton believes sales success is fundamentally premised on your career, rather than education. He defines sales as the transfer of energy. Anton is passionate about what he does, representing companies aligned with his thoughts. Culture is critical for him, as well as selling a product he can really back. Anton explains that this energy is driving how he manages his team. He wants the team to be successful in achieving their goals. He wants his team to feel empowered, but also know that he trusts them. In return, they should be trusting him. This is the core dynamic that’s needed, especially in a high-growth startup.
Anton explains that a big part of sales is problem-solving, you need to have a solution for customers. He tells us that growing the business is also about growing yourself.
