Definitions

Annual Contract Value

Taken as defined on Profitwell.

Qualified Opportunity

• A company with an identified problem that Kluster would solve
• A contact at the company who is a decision maker
• Meaningful next steps booked in the sales process

Terms

Any qualified opportunity or signed client will be considered referred to Kluster by the first person to do so.

Payments will not be made more than once per prospect or client, and will not be made in the instance existing clients or prospects in a sales process with Kluster are referred.

Participation in the scheme is at the discretion of Kluster.
