For Adel, it's about breaking down the Silo'sand building an Ops team that touches different levels of the business to have a strategic impact.

We chatted about how the field has generally moved from a back-room, siloed function, for each of the revenue departments, to an integrated team that's giving leadership more control and visibility across the whole customer journey.  

According to Adel, a lot of it is about analyzing trends and asking the right questions, rather than being a reactive function that just reports numbers.
