in the beginning this system was developed for our needs as a product design company. we had always been very open with our design process and we tried to include our customers as much as possible.

this led to a very simple but profound idea: instead of constantly trying to sell our customers something new, what if we just asked them what was next?

We created kluster to allow our people to interact with a single goal: pushing ideas forward though collaboration.

product development

it’s no secret that real time feedback and and market testing during product development is incredibly powerful. kluster is not ‘feedback in a vacuum’, like a customer survey, focus group, or questionnaire. It’s true cooperative work among users who are dedicated to the product they are developing. products developed out of the kluster platform carry a story that everyone can relate to: a doodle becoming real though collaboration.

advertising and marketing
